These terms apply to shopping with Little Fixation at littlefixation.com. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under applicable consumer law.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your selected size, item contents, price and delivery information before placing an order.

Products are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will notify you and refund the affected purchase. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.

Prices and promotions

The checkout shows the currency, shipping charges, applicable taxes and discounts collected with your order. Offers apply only to their stated products, quantities and conditions. Discounts combine only when permitted by the offer. Subsequent price changes do not change an accepted order without your agreement.

Product information and sizing

Use the size guide for the specific product. Size labels can differ between products. Accessories in styled photos are included only when the listing or your selected option says they are included.

Screens may display colors differently, but this does not excuse a materially different or defective item. Use products according to the instructions and warnings supplied with them.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Delivery includes preparation and carrier transit. First-batch waiting periods and any stated dispatch information are part of the delivery information for your order. A particular event-date arrival is not guaranteed unless expressly offered.

You may cancel for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies. Shipping delays and associated cancellation rights are described in our Shipping Policy.

Website use

Do not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access or interference with its operation. Do not reproduce content without permission or another lawful basis.

Little Fixation is an independent retailer. Third-party names and intellectual property remain their owners’ property. Unless expressly stated on a listing, no official licensing, sponsorship or endorsement is represented.

Personal information and services

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Shopify hosts our store, and payment, delivery and other service providers help us process purchases. Third-party websites may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and questions
